Reimbursement
Registration fees are not refundable. In the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the Organizing Committee will not refund registration fees, but will consider transferring the participant to the next edition.
Registration Transfer
The athlete unable to participate will be given the option of "Transferring the Registration Fee" to the MDL 2028 on the same distance chosen for the MDL 2027. The request must be sent via email to the address [email protected] by 21.03.2027, attaching the receipt of payment of €10.00 for administrative fees (specify in the reason for payment, for example, “Paolo Rossi MDL 2028/Half Marathon Transfer”).
Applicants will be required to resubmit the registration form and additional documentation required for MDL 2028 within 30 days before the event.

Change Distance/Name
It will be possible to change the "Race Distance / Name" by sending a request via email to the address [email protected] Please attach a receipt for payment of €10.00 for administrative fees by March 21, 2027 (please specify, for example, "Change of Distance / Change of Name"). If the change involves an increase in distance, the member will be required to pay the difference in the fee valid at the time of the request; conversely, if the distance is decreased, no refund will be provided.

Competition
On Thursday, April 8, 2027, each participant will receive an email confirming their registration. This email must be saved on your mobile device and presented in digital format when collecting your race number, along with a valid ID.

Delegation
If you are unable to collect your bib, only for SAT 10.04.2027, a third party may be delegated who must present the following documentation:
- Confirmation Letter printed/signed in original by the delegating member + Power of Attorney (attached to the confirmation letter)
- Copy of the delegate's identity document.
Changing rooms - Showers - Toilets
Participants will be able to use the changing rooms, showers, and toilets located inside the “Pala CIPIR” sports hall.
The changing rooms are unattended, so the CO declines all responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft.
Baggage storage
The CO will not be responsible for any theft or loss, therefore it is recommended not to leave valuables in the clothing storage bags.
Only clothing bags provided by the OC will be accepted. Each participant will receive their bib number and the sticker to apply to them.
Half Marathon
Garment bags must be placed in the reserved, unattended area in the stands of the "Pala CIPIR" sports hall.

At the end of the race, a race control vehicle will be stationed with the words "Race End" written on it. Participants overtaken by this vehicle but intending to complete the race, even if they are outside the time limit, must remove their bib and abide by the current Highway Code.
The CO will no longer be able to guarantee the complete closure of the route, which will reopen to traffic after the following times.
Maximum time for the last runner and reopening of traffic:
- 5th Km 0:45 – traffic reopens at 10:45
- 10th Km 1h30' – traffic reopens at 11:30 a.m.
- 15th Km 2h15' – traffic reopens at 12:15
- 20th km 2h50' – traffic reopens at 12:50
- I arrive 3:00 AM – Traffic reopens at 1:00 PM
Shuttle Bus 10 KM
ATTENTION! The Organizing Committee will provide POST-RACE transportation from the 10KM FINISH AREA (Entrance to the CONTINENTAL Campsite – Via 42 Martiri, 156 – Verbania Fondotoce) to the 10KM START AREA (Palazzetto Dello Sport “Pala CIPIR” – Via Trattati di Roma – Gravellona Toce). Service available from 10:00 to 11:30.
On race day, all 10KM participants will be able to use the CO shuttle buses, free of charge and upon presentation of their race bib, which will connect the Arrival Area in Mergozzo with the Start Area in Gravellona Toce.

Refreshments
To reduce environmental impact, each participant will receive only one sponge in their race pack, which they can use at the sponge stations. We also ask participants to dispose of their waste immediately after the refreshment points to facilitate street cleaning.
As per WA/AIMS/FIDAL regulations, refreshment points, with their location (right or left) indicated, will be located at KM 5.5 (left) – 10.0 (left) – 15.0 (right) – Finish. Solid food (fruit) and drinks (still/sparkling water, mineral salts, and hot tea in cold weather) will be available at the refreshment points along the route. Sponge points with running water in basins will also be located at KM 7.5 (right) – 12.5 (right) – 17.5 (right). These distances may be subject to change due to organizational needs.
Vehicles on the route
On the race route, pursuant to the Prefectural ordinance, the transit of all vehicles will be prohibited including bicycles.
Violators will be stopped and punished according to the law.
First aid - Withdrawn athletes
Athletes who exceed the time limit and are overtaken by the "END OF RACE" vehicle are required to remove their bib and proceed as pedestrians, respecting the Highway Code.
First aid stations will be located at the start and finish areas, and along the course. An ambulance will also be available after the race. Athletes who withdraw or require assistance may wait for emergency services or the "BRUSH BUS" at the refreshment/sponge stations.
